Infants and Newborns
We provide for each stage in your infant's development - encouraging language acquisition, appropriate social interaction, and sound physical growth - all in a colorful, multi-sensory environment. Scholars Tech uses a nationally recognized curriculum as a framework in which we implement our Baby’s First program. Through our curriculum we will stimulate and challenge your baby by singing, reading, talking, playing with, and reacting to their developmental progress.

The activities in the curriculum are designed to capitalize on how a baby's daily routines can serve as the basis of learning throughout the day. Thus, activities are centered on wake-up time, mealtime, and special playtime, talking time, and cuddling time routines. Universal baby games, which take place in all cultures, are highlighted. The universal baby games include social interactions such as bouncing, lifting, clapping, gentle tickles, body part play, peek-a-boo and tell me a story games, just to name a few. Music for learning is also highlighted. The curriculums involve massage, signs, games, music, and rhymes. Sign language is also introduced at this level to help children communicate their needs as they work toward developing their verbal skills.
